An in-wash scent booster is small fragranced beads you drop into the drum with your detergent. They don't clean. They layer: clean micro-encapsulated fragrance carriers cling to fibers in the wash, survive the dryer, and release gradually as fabric moves through your day — sitting in a chair, putting on a sweater, wrapping yourself in a freshly-folded blanket.

Independent wear testing measures up to 48 hours of detectable scent on cotton vs. a standard detergent baseline. Wool and cashmere often carry it longer.

The fragrance carriers are plant-based (no synthetic film that builds up on fibers over time). Compatible with any detergent — ours or someone else's. Won't stain. Won't grease. Dissolves fully in the wash.

What is an in-wash scent booster, exactly?
Small fragranced beads you add to the drum with your detergent. They don't clean — they layer scent so it lasts on fibers for days instead of hours. Drop them in before the load, not in the dispenser drawer.

Will it stain my clothes?
No. The beads dissolve completely in the wash cycle — no residue, no fragrance grease, no fiber staining.

HE-compatible?
Yes. Add directly to the drum (not the dispenser drawer) before the load. Works in HE front-load, HE top-load, and standard top-load machines.

How much per load?
One standard scoop (~10g) per medium load. Use less for small or delicate loads, more for heavy or large loads. The 11 oz jar = ~32 loads at one standard scoop.

Will it overpower my detergent?
Designed to layer, not compete. Best with our matching detergent sheets. If you use a different scented detergent, run a small test load first to check for fragrance clash.

Does it expire?
Best within 18 months of opening. Keep the jar sealed when not in use — the fragrance stays fully potent.
